i found this on my xanga?

from september 10, 2006:

“not many people do this anymore, but im going to say it: today. thats right. you read it correctly. i said TODAY. its the word that specifies the time between yesterday and tomorrow. 24 hours of present tense. the now. the time you live in. *insert date here*. i think today might be the best day of my life. when tomorrow gets here, then that will be the best day of my life, considering its the only day im living at the time. yesterday is past, it was the best day of my life… at the time. take this into consideration: today is a day to remember, simply because you live it once. i would say carpe diem, but that phrase is all too cliche. do something more than seize it, BE it. live it like God wants it and dont take advantage of the things that will sway you from your path. He will guide you, let me him be the guide to your best today ever.”

i find it very interesting that it still holds true today as it did yesterday… and three years ago… im banking on it being the same tomorrow :)
